If You Don't Have Phillips Compact Disk Interactive Format, Disc Juggler CD Image File, or CD Anywhere Virtual CD Software Installed
In order to open your CDI file, you will have to download Phillips Compact Disk Interactive Format, Disc Juggler CD Image File, CD Anywhere Virtual CD, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open CDI Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open CDI files using Phillips Compact Disk Interactive Format, Disc Juggler CD Image File, CD Anywhere Virtual CD, or another program of your choice that uses CDI files.

If the CDI File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open CDI File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Phillips Compact Disk Interactive Format, Disc Juggler CD Image File, or CD Anywhere Virtual CD (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
Even though some CDI files must be opened in a program for which it was developed (binary format), you may still be able to open it in a universal file viewer such as File Magic. Download File Magic now from the Microsoft Store and open your CDI file!
