If You Don't Have The Bat! Folder Configuration, MicroSurvey CAD Drawing File, or Flexstor Database Format Software Installed
In order to open your FLX file, you will have to download The Bat! Folder Configuration, MicroSurvey CAD Drawing File, Flexstor Database Format, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open FLX Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open FLX files using The Bat! Folder Configuration, MicroSurvey CAD Drawing File, Flexstor Database Format, or another program of your choice that uses FLX files.

If the FLX File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open FLX File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download The Bat! Folder Configuration, MicroSurvey CAD Drawing File, or Flexstor Database Format (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
