If You Don't Have TI-92 Plus Backup
In order to open your 9XB file, you will have to download TI-92 Plus Backup or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open 9XB Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open 9XB files using TI-92 Plus Backup or another program of your choice that uses 9XB files.

If the 9XB File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open 9XB File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download TI-92 Plus Backup (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
Even though some 9XB files must be opened in a program for which it was developed (binary format), you may still be able to open it in a universal file viewer such as File Magic. Download File Magic now from the Microsoft Store and open your 9XB file!
