If You Don't Have WordPerfect Overflow File
In order to open your BV9 file, you will have to download WordPerfect Overflow File or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open BV9 Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open BV9 files using WordPerfect Overflow File or another program of your choice that uses BV9 files.

If the BV9 File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
