If You Don't Have Image It Backup Disk Image
In order to open your EG file, you will have to download Image It Backup Disk Image or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open EG Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open EG files using Image It Backup Disk Image or another program of your choice that uses EG files.

If the EG File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
