If You Don't Have Jelbert GeoTagger Location Database
In order to open your JTR file, you will have to download Jelbert GeoTagger Location Database or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open JTR Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open JTR files using Jelbert GeoTagger Location Database or another program of your choice that uses JTR files.

If the JTR File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open JTR File the Easy Way
