If You Don't Have MyInfo Documnet/Outline
In order to open your KBF file, you will have to download MyInfo Documnet/Outline or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open KBF Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open KBF files using MyInfo Documnet/Outline or another program of your choice that uses KBF files.

If the KBF File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open KBF File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download MyInfo Documnet/Outline (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
