If You Don't Have NetCam Supervisor Video or Communicator Configuration Message
In order to open your NCM file, you will have to download NetCam Supervisor Video, Communicator Configuration Message, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open NCM Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open NCM files using NetCam Supervisor Video, Communicator Configuration Message, or another program of your choice that uses NCM files.

If the NCM File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open NCM File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download NetCam Supervisor Video or Communicator Configuration Message (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
Even though some NCM files must be opened in a program for which it was developed (binary format), you may still be able to open it in a universal file viewer such as File Magic. Download File Magic now from the Microsoft Store and open your NCM file!
