If You Don't Have Unknown Apple II File or Goo Picture Library
In order to open your POWER file, you will have to download Unknown Apple II File, Goo Picture Library, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open POWER Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. If the POWER File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
