If You Don't Have SecretAgent Encrypted File Archive or Street Atlas Ver. 5 Map Document
In order to open your SA5 file, you will have to download SecretAgent Encrypted File Archive, Street Atlas Ver. 5 Map Document, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open SA5 Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open SA5 files using SecretAgent Encrypted File Archive, Street Atlas Ver. 5 Map Document, or another program of your choice that uses SA5 files.

If the SA5 File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open SA5 File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download SecretAgent Encrypted File Archive or Street Atlas Ver. 5 Map Document (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
